From the helpful and friendly staff to the cozy atmosphere, every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. the team, including Craig, Brian, Ellie, Amy. the dry cleaning and housekeeping services were top-notch, keeping our room immaculate and meeting our special requests promptly. the location was perfect for exploring both Manhattan and the charming neighborhoods of Brooklyn, with easy access to public transportation just a short stroll away. The warm welcome we received upon arrival, with the staff offering us coffee, water, and even turning a heater towards us to warm up after a chilly walk, set the tone for a truly memorable stay. the hotel's industrial-chic decor, with wood panels and herringbone patterns, added a stylish touch to the overall ambiance. the free WiFi, 24-hour fitness center, and complimentary breakfast buffet made our stay even more enjoyable, providing the perfect combination of convenience and comfort.
