The room was great with amenities like a flat-screen TV, fridge, and tea/coffee maker. I loved the comfy beds and clean space. Breakfast was ample and delish. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus, the fitness centre was a nice bonus. Totally a solid choice for a trip to Brooklyn!

Comfortable, spacious rooms with a generous breakfast buffet. Helpful and accommodating staff, especially Amanda, Carmen, Norberto, and Sam.
Felt warmly welcomed, no complaints.

I chose Hampton Inn for its proximity to Brooklyn Heights Promenade and was pleasantly surprised by the multi-lingual staff and the inviting lobby bar with plush armchairs by the fireplace. The free hot breakfast buffet and 24-hour Pavilion Pantry Market added to the delightful stay.
Pillows too soft for me.

i had a fantastic experience at Hampton Inn. the staff, especially Craig, Brian, Ellie, Amy, and Bill. the rooms were beautifully clean and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the housekeeping was thorough.
